What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to return your call or email and to connect you with a mover.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are recorded. You hear a recording notice at the start of the call, before the line connects to the moving company we match you with. California is an all-party consent state, so staying on the line after that notice is your consent. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, connect you with a mover, and send any follow-up related to the work you booked. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to complete the service (for example, the mover matched to your job).

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data, they do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].

Call buttons

When you tap a call button on this site we record an anonymous count of that tap, noting only which page it came from and the time. This sets no cookie, stores no IP address, and contains nothing that identifies you. We use it only to tell which pages lead to phone calls.
